United States District Court – Central District of California Grants P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s Motion to Dismiss

On June 11, 2018, the U.S. District Court Judge, the Honorable S. James Otero, granted P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed against Certain Underwriters At Lloyd’s, London in the case entitled Rosenberg v. Certain Underwriters At Lloyd’s, London.  The Complaint asserted claims for Negligence, Misrepresentation, Fraud, and Bad Faith.
