P.K. Schrieffer LLP Announces Its Newest Partners

P.K. Schrieffer LLP is pleased to announce its newest partners, John Na and David Hayek.

John represents insurers in coverage disputes involving directors and officers liability, general liability, and professional liability claims. John renders coverage analysis and advises the firm’s London clients on their coverage and claims handling obligations. Over the course of his practice, John has also advised London syndicates on claims involving fidelity and financial institution bonds, including those involving mortgage lenders and mortgage brokers during the 2008 recession. In addition, John defends insurers accused of acting in bad faith in both state and federal courts.

David has successfully advocated on behalf of clients focusing on a broad spectrum insurance and commercial practice. His expertise includes insurance coverage counseling and defense, as well as client representation in diverse fields including real estate, environmental, construction, products liability and toxic tort liability law, both as insurance retained defense counsel and for large, self-insured businesses. He has also represented clients in constitutional law matters.

John and David have over 50 years of combined experience, and we are confident they will continue to be great assets of our firm in their new roles as partners.
