Admissions
Julian is licensed in California.  He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Julian earned his B.A in History from American University and his J.D. from the evening division within American University’s Washington College of Law. While attending law school, Julian maintained full time employment as an IT Specialist at American University.

Before joining the firm’s West Covina office, Julian Hough worked as an Associate for one of North America’s largest trade unions: The International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.

Outside of his legal practice, Julian is an avid reader (particularly fantasy and science fiction novels), a board game enthusiast and enjoys spinning records.
