P.K. Schrieffer LLP Announces Its Newest Associate

It is our pleasure to announce that Maxwell R. Schrieffer has joined the team as P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s newest associate.

Maxwell joined the litigation team at P.K. Schrieffer LLP after serving as its Senior Counsel Law Clerk during the summer of 2020. He recently passed the 2020 California Bar Examination and has begun defending civil litigation matters, including premises and products liability, construction defect, motor vehicle, and insurance law. Mr. Schrieffer aspires to expand the practice areas of P.K. Schrieffer LLP to include intellectual property, such as trademark and copyright litigation.
